1 pot to cook in
1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
6 potatoes washed, and cut up into cubes leaving skins ON
2 medium onions sliced and diced to perfection
3 chicken breasts
3 stalks celary
2 double handful of baby carrots or 3 large carrots chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
9 chicken bullion cubes (since I used chicken breast I couldn't make stock without a carcass)
Pinch of Garlic
Pinch of Parsley
2 or 3 pinches of whole grain flour
Basically get your pot 1/2 full of water and set it to boil. Toss in 3 frozen chicken breast
Wash and chop potatoes tossing them in
Peel and slice in your onions toss them in
Same with celary
throw baby carrots in whole
take boiled chicken out and shred it and add it back in
Bullion cubes to taste as well as garlic and parsley
at the end toss in a little flour to thicken it up and make it "creamy"
Black pepper to taste
Start to finish about 1 hour - Could stretch it longer if you put it in on super low and let it cook. Very cheap meal and feeds folks with happy full tummies
I use a lot more pepper and spice in the winter time as a "warmer" because it's usually cold here by now
