Crease in my hen's chest?

I am new to keeping chickens - my small flock of 4 have only been with me for a few weeks. But they are so much fun!
One of the hens has developed a deep crease in her chest. Her behaviour seems normal. She is laying and eating. Anything I should worry about?

Aren't her feathers just out of their usual positions?

Yeah, maybe. But I can't quite tell. She won't let me near her to feel it (we are working on getting their trust so holding is easier...I am such a new chicken keeper!) It looks deeper to me. If it is just the feathers would they go back? She has had this for almost a week.

If it's just the feathers then they should just go back to their normal places
