Creating a perfect breed for North/South Carolina

Here's some breeds I'm thinking of using for creating the perfect chicken
Plymouth Rock
Leghorn
Cornish
Rhode Island
Ameracanua
Silkie*
* I have to use Silkies because the only roo I have is a Silkie.
What I want out of a cross.
250 eggs a year, 3-4 lbs live weight at 12 weeks, friendly, calm, heat tolerant, cold hardy, and broody.

What is it you're wanting out of the bird you're trying to create? There are already lots of breeds that would be perfectly suited to live where you are, so it would help to know what you want and why you feel you need to create it…
