Creating a Rooster Bachelor Pad?

Three out of four of my chicks are cockerals. They are nine weeks old and have been raised together. If I remove all hens, what are the chances of a rooster pad without injuries from fighting?

I moved my three into their own bachelor pad. I make sure to give them enrichment and visit them a few times a day because it’s farther from the house, but they seem to be doing well. They were just too much for the pullets their same age and the girls need to mature before they move back in. Time will tell.

"Time will tell" Sometimes it works and works well. Sometimes it works for some but not for all, and sometimes it is nearly constant fighting.
