Credit Report.. Help Please! What to do?

She hasn't disclosed anything except that none of the info applies to her.

As has been mentioned several times, the questions she was given are a "test" of sorts to verify she is who she says before giving her access to her credit reports. It can be confusing at first, unless you've seen that format before.

I already supplied the best resource I can offer for someone interested to learn more about credit, credit reports and how to request them, how to handle credit fraud, etc.

Wishing you the best.

You always have to answer questions to view your report so that they can half way assure themselves that it's really you. Get your card from your Mom and contact the credit bureaus directly and get a copy of your report from all three. Then you go from there either disputing anything that's on there that isn't yours (they'll contact the original person/company that put it on there and they have to prove it's your bill in a certain amount of time or they take it off) and, if necessary, filing police reports if you've been an identity theft victim. If there's nothing on there at all, which sounds like might be the case because you've never had a loan, then everything is fine and the questions just threw you for a loop and nothing harmed at all.

Rhett&SarahsMom :

And have reported discrepancies several times.

Between that and this topic at all I'm really wondering why we trust these guys to give accurate info... wonder how many people have gotten the shaft due to their ... lameness.
