@Flockking I believe that you can buy Virkon-S tablets in Nigeria. You dissolve them in water as the directions say. Then spray it on equipment and facilities to disinfect everything once your chickens are gone. Wait at least a couple of months or whatever your vet advises to get new healthy chicks.

Avian influenza is nasty business, sorry for your losses. As a precaution I'd also do some extra disinfection of your home as well as if it is avian influenza, humans can occasionally get it as well. Here's hoping your next flock is strong and healthy!
