Crested chicks getting wet all of a sudden???? need advise ASAP!!!!!

I was at the living room when I was just hearing one of my chicks peep alot! I went and check and he was completely wet! execept for the top of his head (he is a polish X) and that happened earlier with another polish X. There is now water near them since they berly hatched so there is no way that they got wet because of water. I just want to know WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!?!?!?

Its coming from their wing feathers!!! they hatched on last Thursday, Friday, & Saturday. Their wing feathers are berly coming out. I just saw one of the chicks peeping alot and I saw that he was pecking the little tiny feathers on his wings! they get wet like if I would sink them in a bucket full of water! they get amazingly wet!!!!!!
