Crazy!!! Quick story: I went to a farm once and there where chicks there with 4 legs! What had happened with those chicks is that they where inbred. There parents where brothers or sisters(or where related in some way). Because of the DNA of each duck(and them being related) there DNA where mixed and cause a mutation....this is probably what happened with your duck. Your best bet it to take it to the vet and see what they suggest. We don't want this little guy getting an infection! Where did you get him from?
