Beautiful! The first four eggs hatched yesterday in the incubator and I gave them to the hen in the picture. Her eggs failed to hatch.

That's unfortunate her eggs failed, at least you had some sort of back up! Those chicks are so cute.

Another hatched so now she has five babies. I am very happy about this as I have not had pure serama hatch in a year. I changed roosters and now things are better.

5 of eight eggs hatched. About what I was hoping for. Dealing with a lethal Factor is the pit sometimes. More to hatch every other day or so from now until next month. Will be glad when it is warm weather to get the birds back into breeding cages so that the lethal Factor can be avoided.

Could be better. The next eggs failed to hatch on time. I will be setting some of my Phoenix and I think the hatch rate for them will be near 100 percent. We'll see.

He has become a beautiful bird. It is hard to get a good picture. Every time he sees my camera he runs. Love the tail and saddle.
