With polish, there is an indicator in the crest too. I don't know that one as much so look it up

I have looked, but because it's a crossed color polish it's very hard to tell.

That's awesome. With those hackle feathers being so long and pointed, I might have guessed cockerel. But her color pattern is definitely female, so I guess that wins!

What do you mean her color pattern? I'm new...And She's my only one. Hubby and I joked that she went through that awkward phase where she had to grow into her lady features since her fro didn't look feminine but also didn't quite look masculine and her saddle feathers looked long when she was smaller, but she grew into them.

She's my sweetest girl too
