Crickets crickets, no where....

Our yard used to be full with them, not since I got 4 chick chicks! There are only little ones now, so I was thinking as a treat buying some crickets, since they love them so much.

I give my chicken store bought crickets from the bait store all the time as a treat! They love them and it's a hoot to watch them chase each other around with them! Funny stuff there!!!

You can purchase crickets at a local bait shop or pet shop but I found them to be very expensive. Last spring/summer I ordered online - 1000 crickets a week for 15 Eastern Wild Turkey poults until grasshopper season arrived here – Then there was plenty of free grasshoppers to keep the kids fed. Prices online were great – I would send a link but my Internet service is acting up today. (Very Slow Connection Speed). But Google “Crickets” and you will find a bunch of links to Cricket Vender Sites. Good Luck with your search.
