I don't think a chick chair will help curled toes. It *might* help splay leg.

Okay thank you! His legs aren’t splayed so that won’t help. I think I have to call it. He’s miserable and it’s not fair to make him struggle while I try to help him thank you for all your responses

He grew more and more tired and was able to stand less and less. Three days of taping his toes did nothing to improve him. A day of leaving the tape off also did nothing positive for him. We ended up culling him yesterday

Sorry to hear…. It’s amazing how much of an attachment we can get to them only being days old… When I brought home my birds I had 5. I woke up the next morning to 4. One had gotten smothered from the others under the heating plate. I was very sad and shocked how quickly I had grown to like them.

What is a chick chair, btw?

I get very attached, almost from the moment they hatch. They’re so sweet. I’ve had to deal with a few button chick deaths this week, and I always cry. I’m sorry to hear of the losses.
