Ingredients

180 gms Shredded Chicken

3 gms Black Pepper

To taste Salt

½ Egg

40 gms Flour

3 gms White pepper

3 ml Thai Sweet Chilly Sauce

3 ml Hot Sauce

2 gm Fire Spices powder

300 gm Flour Dough

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients with shredded chicken except dough and leave it for 10 minutes.
  • Then cut the dough in thread shape.
  • Roll the chicken in dough thread.
  • Deep fry until the color is light brown.
 
Dear @Sachin1996 thank you for sharing your recipe with us. I love making sauces- so I thought it would be great if I shared my sweet chilli sauce recipe with everyone.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rice white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar (plus 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sherry (or cooking sherry) If you have ;)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon dried crushed chili (1 tablespoon makes spicy-hot sauce)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch (dissolved in 3 to 4 tablespoons cool water)
Method

Step 1:
Place all ingredients—except the cornstarch-water mixture—in a saucepan or pot.
Bring to boil.

Step 2: Reduce heat to medium and let boil for 10 minutes, or until reduced by half. (Note that the vinegar will be quite pungent as it burns off)

Step 3: Reduce heat to low and add the cornstarch-water mixture. Stir to incorporate and continue stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens about 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and taste-test.

Step 4: Pour sauce into a small bowl or jar and serve as a condiment, dip, or marinade.
