Critique my coop?

This is the first time and husband and I have ever built anything other than ikea furniture! So i'm pretty happy with how it's turning out but I'd love to know peoples thoughts on ventilation. So we have two widows on the "sides" but nothing so far on the front and back of the coop. Should we add more windows? Drill some holes in the front? Thoughts appreciated!

We have 5 birds, coop is 6 x 4 and run is 12 x 4. Under the coop will be screened in as well so they have that space if want it.

You do have just enough room for them you should have fun what are doing for nest boxes

Our hardware cloth is a foot in the ground around the run. They love their run perches as well.

Yes hardware cloth for the run and around the bottom of the coop. We've got corrugated metal panels for the roof of the run to keep out rain/snow/hawks. We're also making plexiglass covers for the windows with holes drilled in for winter time.

We don't know what we're doing with the nesting boxes yet! Original plan was to pop them out below the larger window on the short side but we were hoping there might be enough space to have them inside the coop to save the hassle of trying to attach things. This whole process has been a learning experience on construction...

We were planning to do the apron on the ground and then maybe paving stones on top, or rocks to make it look more "landscaped".
