Croad Langshan

I have a Croad Langshan roo and want to hatch some chicks with a barred rock (brown egg)or blue hamburg (cream egg). Im wondering if the purple egg gene from the langshan would be dominant? Would chances be better to wait for Easter Eggers to start laying? I want Purple Eggs!

did your roo come from a purple egg? most of the langshan breeders have bred away from the purple egg

So if your roo didnt come from the purple line I dont think he will carry the purple gene
