They are really easy, and a stitch straight across may solve all the problems the Parson's wife and Kristina and a few others are having with the center start thing. How are yours coming along Tammy?

Mamaboyd - my mom has a stock pile of yarn in her basement I can raid!

LOL! Is there anyone that crochets or knits that does not have a stock pile of yarn?! As I said before, it's a THANG that we do, save all the scraps, just in case!!!

Actually coming along better than I expected!!

I have amazed myself,

I started with the center circle thing, really not that hard to do..........If I can figure it out, anybody can!!

I have completed 2 squares, but still have 1 last nerve keeping me from committing just yet....

so we shall see!

LOL Carrie!! I did them that way so folks wouldn't be so intimidated by the traditional granny squares. I tried a really hard pattern and it turned out so ugly I pulle dit out and re-started, then with so many stressing over those circle start ones, I just thought I would offer an alternative. I know yours are great so don't worry!!! I've already heard what a good crocheter you are, loL!!
