Crochet Square Swap - Completed

I have three done! One that is solid grape, one that is grape with a bright yellow border, and one that goes yellow, purple, green. With the Caron soft yarns I have to do two rounds of sc to make it 6 inches. I am using a G hook b/c I can't find a H hook in my stash (15 J hooks, though). If I had an H I wouldn't have to do the two rounds. Tonight is parent conference night at school and almost nobody comes. I am going to spend the three hours crocheting!

I would like to participate. I haven't done anything like this before....I'm assuming there'll be enough time for each of us to crochet 20 squares? NOthing was posted re timeframes for all this...but I'm in anyway!

I have 13 done.

3 in the granny style and the rest in a tr stitch.

I hope ya'll done mind but I'am using up my stash which is about 3 18 gallon storage tubs and a bunch of gift sacks (5) full of all different colors and styles. So my squares will be in all different colors (some quit bright and some really dark) but none that are black. So I hope ya'll can work them in to your projects or use them for something. keep hooking it up Ya'll.

it took me forever to find a pattern I liked from the many books I have - I was " hooking " away the other night - went outside to lock up the flock - told DH to watch my yarn ( which was on the couch ) he was on the computer not more than 2 -3 feet away.
by the time i got done playing with the girls and getting them all settled in - DH's little sweet teenie weenie dog Lucy managed to pull the yarn off the couch - run under the couch and ran around in a figure " 8 " around the table legs and got herself all wrapped up in yarn --

DH got an earfull of " look what your dog did " LOL

but I will have mine done before the due date
