Is there going to be another swap in the future? I'd love to participate in the next one if there is. At least, if I can get my hands to work again... Hopefully I'll see the doctor about that in the next few weeks.

The healing that I did between the ER and 4 days later at the Docs when he re-xrayed it got me a 4 week sentance, as long as it looks good on the 17th.

I really need this off. Its driving me nutz! I had to duck tape the top to cover the dirty white center you could see on the edge. Red duck tape of course.

and those are the moments that make you go "hmmmmmmmmm"..but every hooker needs a break I suppose......hope everything is ok Tammy.

I should have known Shelly would have red duct tape (lucky duck tape as we call it) in the red light district what else would match! I cna't imagine how much that must itch..never having had a cast...does your hook fit down in there to scratch with or is this one of those times you wish you could be a traitor and knit and not hook since those needles are longer?!!!

Halfway...yes, there has been a tremendous amount of talk abuot a fall swap. No one has asked Nifty for approval but I can't imagine that he would say no, but that has to be done and all the origianl post disclaimers made about byc not being responsible, yada yada. Who would like to volunteer to coordinate it? It would be alot more fun to rotate the Hooker Union Leader position (Pit Boss, lol!) around...someone volunteer and then Rob needs to be asked and then you can start planning...we had tentatively talked about recruiting the hookers in September, starting the swap at the end of September and finihsing the middle of October so there would be time to put things together for Christmas. I;m thinking Christmas yarns would be optional and i'm sure people will use them but I doubt you would want ONLY Christmas yarns used. Maye Kelly awould be a good Hooker Cheerleader Swap Coordinator? There are 38 of us, and who knows how many reading our hooker antics everyday that wish they had joined so I know someone will step under the ole red light on the corner and volunteer so be thinking about it.

I must be getting sick, had my normal 6 - 7 hours sleep and my tailfeathers are STILL dragging the ground this morning...one tired ole hooker today....ya'll keep crankin 'em out!!!​

OH, YEAH, this is MUCH better!! Thanks Mods!! I spent over $60 while we were over there!! I 'm going to have to go up on MY prices now.....or start charging extra for special services.....

I got my box to send my squares. I have been swamped, trying to get the hay patch ready, and my poor OREO is a sick kitty!! He had 2 teeth pulled, and he is not faring well.... would you all pray for him, please? The only thing he will eat is fresh chicken liver, which I have to tear into little pieces and feed him off of my fingers...Glad I'm done with my squares, aren't you?????
