boy this swap is growing woohooo im almost done I have 17 done im going to try to make 20 more after this set but a diffrent pattern I like all the squares posted woo hoo Keep up the great work

Oh and here is something cute to do with the squares if you have extra. My grandmother made this for me over 40 years ago to carry my crochet supplies and yarn for whatever piece I was working. It's all lined.
Measures 20 x 15 by 6" wide. Everyone in the family knows that when they see it Nini is working on something.
And here is a coat that I made for my Mom years ago. Actually I made 4 of these. Gave me something to do when I was expecting 4 times! LOL!
So you can do fun things with the sqs.
But let me know on the count so I know I'm not losing it which is always a distinct possiblity.

And I think it would be fun if people showed us some other things they've done with granny sqs.

It doesn't matter how many people are in on this,

If everybody makes 20 squares, everybody will get 20 squares back.
If everybody makes 30 squares, everybody will get 30 back.

The set # is 20 each, so everybody will get back at least 20.

Whatever extras are made will be divided evenly among the total # of people

Maybe I should have used the # of 31 people.

31X 20 = 620 total squares
everybody will get back 20 squares!

if Darlene ends up with 31 extras, everybody will get back 21 squares.

See, math is easy!!

Yeah, if everyone sends in 20 - everyone will get 20, perhaps not a square from everyone if there are 30 signed up but still at least the 20...

However many people sign on ...that is the number of squares we need to make or some folks aren't going to get any...isn't that right?

Ok I thought too hard on this. LOL If everyone who signs up makes twenty squares then everyone will get twenty squares. Man, I made this real hard on myself. I am making extra as I want to make a full afghan when I get my twenty and I want them to be ready. This is such fun.
