Crockpots & barbeque chicken...advice please.

So what is your favorite barbeque sauce for your crock pot chicken recipes?
When i make this am i supposed to totally cover the chicken with barbeque sauce?

We like Uncle Yammies, not every one has it. Peppery, so I go with some brown sugar if I want it sweeter, some Texas Pete for spicy. And no you don't have to cover it all up, make sure it has sause all over it and then I add about a 1/2 cup of water that will cook off. Yummy stuff.
