Does anyone know what would have caused this? I noticed he would stand funny and hold his head sideways. Now i have noticed his tail is off keel. All the other shipped egg birds are fine and none have this defect. He is fine otherwise, maybe a bit timid, but otherwise heathy.

There is wry tail and wry neck, and there is also a condition called roach back, a spondylopathy or spinal deformity in chickens that might affect his back and posture. Wry tail usually isn’t a problem, except chickens cannot be shown, and should not be bred so they don’t pass on the genes. Wry neck is a neurological condition. Sometimes that may improve with vitamin E 400 IU, and a small amount of thiamine or vitamin B complex. Has he had these problems since hatch?

As a chick I didn't notice anything wrong with him, but as he grew he kinda always looked sideways at me. Now I can see his tail is off to one side as well. I won't be breeding with him for sure, I just have never had this happen and he is the only one.
