Crooked Toe?? Help!

I just adopted 3 Salmon Faverolles and one of the pullets has a crooked toe. I think it’s broken and I’m not sure what to do. She doesn’t seemed bothered by it, but then again, I’ve only had them for a day.

Are you sure it’s broken, sometimes their toes just bend funny.

It could be the fact she has very long talons, try trimming them?

Are you able to straighten it? I wonder if it has been that way since birth. There are threads on here explaining how to make a shoe to straighten it out, if its not too late.

I thought it may have been a birth defect too, since it doesn’t seem to bother her

She freaked out when I touched it, and I don't think that it will straighten

I’ll look into vets but there isn’t a vet that deals with chickens around where I’m at... I think it’s just a birth defect and maybe she was just being protective of it.
