Crooked toes came back

Can you get chick starter year round? If so, I would use that for the chickens. Provide oyster shell free choice for the laying hens.

Chick starter is probably ok for the ducks too, but they will likely need supplemental Niacin. I'm not a duck person, so ask about this on the ducks forum.
No they only sell chick feed in summer but I could get more so it would last me throughout winter
 
Are his joints swollen?
Were you able to get any B vitamins as suggested on the first page?

Photo of the bottom of that foot?

I would keep him eating/drinking. If you can give him some scrambled egg along with normal feed that would be something good for him to eat.

He may benefit from being placed in a sling to get him more upright and take some of the weight off his joints, but I fear that his legs may never be able to fully support him.
