Crop issues need HELP!

Just gave her more epsom salt solution and massaged the crop before hand. Again she vomited when I massaged it. Not sure what else to do at this point. It's getting dark so I removed the water so she can't get to it in the am before I check her crop again.

I feel your pain. My vet told me to feed her yesterday a soft mash of her feed and grit. This morning her crop was not empty, but squishy again! I feel so helpless. $156 for nothing. I massaged her this morning, and again more grass and a tangled mess of foraging greens came out. She has had no access to grass or foraging greens for 3 days.

I had her inside today again, but she was so desperate to be outside, that I moved the chunnel to the covered patio so she could be with her best bud. They cry to be with each other.

I gave in and this morning I decided to treat with Monistat 3. She is perky and seems to be a little better, but crop is still a little squishy.

What makes matters worse is that I have a sinus infection with fever, and am so weak, but still trying to do right by her.

Also, I went to Big Lots and purchased puppy training pads, because she eats her bedding

. Every time she does a few wet poops, I throw it away. No muss, no fuss.

I am very sad and frustrated

. This is my baby, Silver. In hindsight, and to my horror, the crop issue has been going on for a couple of weeks. I thought it was every disease under the sun. The only clue she gave me was when she was spitting up water!

Im going to use puppy pads in her crate also. She had no food all day. I went and massaged her crop once more before bed and she pooped some water poop with what looked like dirt. When I message her crop in some areas it feels like a hacky sack. I put her back in the mini coop for the night because I was afraid a coon would get her through the crate. I'll just have to get up early to open the door to the attached run because usually it's open and it's a tiny coop. I didnt want it open tho for her to get out early and eat things in the run. Praying her crop is empty in the am but not hopeful :(

Well the vet told me no dirt, so she is inside all day except a couple of hours in the chunnel with Snowball. She is so happy and perky to be with her best bud. They poop all they want and I just wash it off into the grassy area. She is dying for grass and greens, and it is very hard to get her to eat the yogurt with just a few crumbles of feed. I have a feeling her crop issues are going to be ongoing because she lives to eat greens.

Ok so this morning her crop is pretty much empty. Its not all bloated and squishy. I may feel a tiny bit of dirt like a dime size or that could be normal dunno lol. She is back in her crate with acv water. Should i do another epsom dosage or should I let her eat something???

Yay!!!! Let her eat today but chicken food or mashed boiled egg only. It's easy to digest. I think I would avoid sand tbh and get them some proper grit. Since she's so small you could get chick grit or buy a small box of parakeet grit from a pet store. So happy she has improved :)
