Crop issues

This is one of our chickens that we cannot figure out what the problem with her crop is! She is acting fine, except for trouble walking because her feet hit the crop. She’s eating and pooping like all the others.
We thought it was sour crop but now we don’t. Any ideas?

Honestly one of my hens occasionally gets a crop like this. Maybe a little smaller. It freaks me out but it always goes down in a day or two. How long has she been like this?
