Lethargic chicken with really swollen crop

Hi everyone, my girl is struggling with what I assume is pendulous crop. I had tried a crop bra, and massaging it every morning and night, but it was still big and she seemed to be getting worse. I found her this morning in the coup sitting very still and when she walked she flapped along instead of just walking . She keeps holding up one foot or the other, so I'm not sure if she has a problem with her feet as well as the crop, or if something is happening to her legs because of the crop. We have tried other things for her before the crop bra like putting her on a diet of egg, coconut oil, and lactose free yogurt, that seemed to help for a little while, and separating her from the flock. Any advice would be so helpful!

I would guess this hen is dying of starvation.

How old is this hen?
When was the last time she laid an egg?
Do you notice her trying to eat and drink? Is she consuming a lot of water or hardly any?
How long did you try the crop bra? Did you try adjusting it to adjust the crop's position?
What is your location?

She is maybe 2 years old, She hasn't laid an for about a year, she eats and drinks regularly, and is a normal size. She wore the crop bra for about 3 months.

Her crop feels like it's full of food, and not emptying. Sometimes it feels like there is something hard in it, but it usually disappears after about a day. The feathers are also gone around the crop. I have not cut any feathers away, they just fell out.
