Crop problem

My friend purchased 12 hens in July, This hen pictured has this soft feeling ball. She said you can pick her up and put the hen face down and wet food comes out. It doesn’t smell.
The hen eats and drinks daily.
She treated the hen as if she had sour crop for 2 weeks. It has gotten worse.

That looks like pendulous crop. It is caused by overeating and the crop walls become stretched out losing tone. A crop bra can be placed on the chicken to hold in the crop, preventing over extending. I have no experience with it, but can give you some links to read.
