Crop Problems.....what to do?

I also operated on a young cockerel that had an impacted crop. It actually was very simple. He lived, now belongs to my daughter and has been named Lucky. Megan has hatched a chick from him, she hasn't named the chick yet !

He was ready to eat and drink after just a couple of hours. We fed him a mushed diet of egg yolks and chick starter. A little yogurt was added every other day. He loves us now.....
