thank you for replying.....im not sure how long she has had this hard lump in the crop a few days i suppose....i check every morning and every nite and the same hard lump..i give her warm water with an eye dropper and massage a few times a day..still not having any luck dissolving the impaction..she is drinking i havent given her much to eat, yesterday i did scramble her an egg....i saw some poop that was very watery with a few small brown chunks...dont think she has been laying eggs....i have her isolated now in the hospital coop and i can monitor a bit better....i tried veg oil and olive oil with the warm waterCan you post some photos of her and her poop?
When are you checking her crop?
Check it first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks - see if the lump is still there.
How long has she had the lump?
Does she lay eggs?
What treatment(s) have you tried?
An impacted crop can take days to resolve, so you will need to be patient and persistent.
I would start by reading the article below. Keep us posted.

she gobbled up the coconut oil chunks...crop seemed a bit softer after massage, will try again in an hourI'm not sure, keep trying with the olive oil.

I would try the coconut oil and massage for a couple of days - see if that helps clear it up.she gobbled up the coconut oil chunks...crop seemed a bit softer after massage, will try again in an hour
I would not add olive oil to the water, it separates out and a lot of times birds won't drink water that has added ingredients. The hen/pullet needs to be drinking plenty of fresh plain water.I would add olive oil to the water, and make sure you give it to her separate as well, also coconut oil, anything you can!
