Cross beak chick...suggestions?

When all is done and said, you will not regret the decision. When ever I cull a bird, it's a sad day, but there is a sense of relief that the bird is no longer suffering. Also, a weak bird can be a vector for bringing disease to the rest of your flock. IMO, I will always choose the path which is best for the flock rather than the one that is easiest for me.
 
I agree with others. I had a cross bill broiler years ago and didn’t cull. On processing day, there wasn’t much to speak of and we couldn’t use it for meat, just broth. I swore I would cull the next time it happened because I had clearly done what was easiest for me, not the right thing for the bird.

This is a silkie she is 2 months old and I just found her this way wondering what I should do
