Cross beak chick

Hi, I have a 5 day old chick that I see has a cross beak. It is a BCM/ Ameraucana but probably as big as my silkies that hatched a day before. Is there hope for this little one without tons of work or do we expect it won’t make it? What do I do to help it out?
