Cross beak?

I noticed today this chicks beak is shorter than the others. It doesn't come out the other side, looks like an under bite. Is it mild cross beak or under bite? Will they live a normal life eat and drink ok? They're a little over 2 weeks old now I think. So far have been ok. Anything I need to look out for? Photos for reference, the beak I'm talking about and a normal beak from another in my brooder.

It might be "parrot beak" if there's no misalignment from the sides. Haven't dealt with it so not terribly familiar with it, but that might help with searches for more info.
