Hey gang sorry for the gap in post but it has been crazy around here with the critters alott oh hatching going on , amber if u keep those pics comin I will end with goats by the end of the week ,,,, hi to birdy and quackers them lil duck footed puff balls are adorable Karen if you show up we can acomadate you with something a bit better than a cot but leave the drunkard brother in law at the airpot lol Bill I started the new feed this week at a 60-40 ratio on the new to the old I will bring them up to speed on the higher protine slowly I'll post results but hope to see a improvement in conversion within ten days,,,, that's it from down around the equator guys talk to y'all later gotta run ,,,, ciao

to stop the egg eating you could also try to leave some white onions on the nest, they taste so awful

obviously, mix a big amount of sand in their feed, to increase the shell, in extreme cases, buy some carbonato di calcio (traduce yourself)

nice to see Tarheel Birdy again, don't be mad if I called you cutegrandma, I'm not 40, but I'm ready to be one, time fly for all, being grandparents give us the experience to raise them properly

ONIONS!!!! What a great idea! I put some in today, so we'll see how that works and I mixed a TON of shell in the food. Hopefully we are on the way to good well behaved chickens again!

Who's kid won the most improved musician award at last nights end of the year symphonic band concert? Who's kid nearly burst into tears and/or fainted in front of everyone? Eh? Eh?!

The soda can gives you an idea of the relative size of this trophy, approximately half of La Niña Linda's personal height. I am glad for her, she is playing it cool (eg. 'I knew I was going to get it, etc.') but I think she appreciates the recognition.

Hmmmm, well I could probably guess using the process of elimination, but we shall see, So I can rule out Beth, she does not have a daughter and niether does bill for that matter, It probably isn't El Pollo Rey, as he mentioned that his kids are all grown up. Don't think it would be TarheelBirdy either as she to has grown up kids and you specifically said "daughter" not granddaughter. So......I guess that leaves you!!! But seriously CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU AND YOUR DAUGHTER!!! You'll have to tell her that being musically talented is a blessing, I am musically retarded so I would know!! And a very nice sized trophy!
