I am so sorry Karen! That must be heartbreaking, I can't imagine. I hope you either find her or make peace with the fact that maybe she didn't want to be found?

She was a pain in the gumpy and wandered (visited?) a lot in the neighborhood. We had her for so long I am having trouble adjusting my mindset. She definitely had a plan here at the end but it frustrates me not to be able to bury her decently. Singing The Circle of Life from the Lion King can only get you so far. Gah.

Yeah I bet it's hard. Our dog is getting up there in age and I'm not sure what I'll do when she's gone. You could still make a memorial site for her, When the Circle of Life fails it's time to start with Akoonamatada. Or however you spell it.

Ha, just got on. A new member from near Mt Washington, and Karen's long time family dog has gone away to die and she is sad an worried as she can't find her. What's up?

Nothing much. Me and my dad are going to repair a fence in the north field. That's where all the rattlesnakes are...

at least they give you a warning...

Sounds like fun, *shiver* I've dealt with copperheads and coral's (They like to chase me) and various others but the day I meet a rattler! I have a lot of animal chores to do but the weather is holding me back, seems it's going to rain more. Got to figure out how to keep the ants out of the chicken yard.
