So I think part of the reason I've been posting less is because, well, I just have nothing all that new happening, let's see, here's a recap, We have almost our whole yard fenced in, I might be stealing/being given my brothers puppy, I'm going to a baby shower on Saturday, I made some tasty feta cheese. Oh and I have pictures of it as promised Beth!

The finished process doesn't look as good as it did when I first made it as it's getting old now, but here is a picture of one of the cubes. It made about two pounds.
