Cross Continental Friends!!!

he should make one where the sun comes in through the eyes.

those are some pretty trees. they almost look like cherry blossoms.

one of my mango trees has started to fruit. its the trees first time kind of excited.

i made the budin it is so good. better than the store one. hopefully there will be some left for tomorrow. i made a big pot of it. instead cooking it in a pan i just cooked it in a big metal pot.

i think i will make a blog. i have so much to say that if i did it on here it would drive you crazy. if i make one it is going to be about my life living in pr. it would have topics on everything like food, animals, culture, and how it truly is to live here when you are not rich and do not have money. i keep finding blogs about pr but i do not think they are true. the people always seem to have money and a lot of them seem to make pr sound amazing. and not that i do not think pr is a amazing island, but they are not telling the truth about it all. i feel like i need to make a blog so i can get it all out of my head.

i made the bread last night and then i let it sit for the night so that it gets a little old and then today i mixed it with cinnamon, clove, anise, and a little nutmeg. and then i also used evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk and a little regular milk. i also put six eggs and sugar and some raisins, a little vanilla extract and then cooked it into budin. that is how they make it here i do not know how it is made in the states or other countries.

i know you are not ignoring me i promise you i understand you are busy you have a big job. i am not saying that i think you are ignoring me i am saying that i have a lot on my mind that i feel i want to say to the world about pr and so i want to make a blog about everything it is i have in my head. do not worry or feel that i am upset about you having a lot of work to do because i know you are a busy man so please do not feel that at all. i am not trying to say anything about anyone ignoring anybody.

today one of my neighbors made gluten free bread and well all i have say is do not eat gluten free bread unless you truly need to. that stuff made me sick like 15 minutes after eating it. it was good tasting kind of but it was not the greatest either. when my fiance tried it it was pretty funny his reaction.

how was your easter?

my internet connection sucks. it is so slow. we pay a certain amount for a high speed but the high speed connection runs out like half way through the month and then you are left with slow internet. you are pretty much paying more for less. it takes my internet at least 5 or more minutes just to load the sites home page.
