Hombre, you've got to find a protein stuff so quickly, that's a suicide breed with 10-12%

can you contact some sugar refineries to buy some pulps, also trying with the fish factories

if you find almost nothing, you can also try with some CAT crunchies, like I use to do for the games, read before the percentage, you can also find some 35-38% products, best DOG crunchies have maybe 23-25%

there's no one there who product the base (we call that nucleo polli-ovaiole), so you've got to add just cereals and some clam shells?

now, I understand why they ate 450 grams of food each day!

the hen in your picture can be a good base for the female line, you need some heavy cockerels to work with, at least New Hampshire, if there are no pure breeds available, you can also try with some red cobbs

I don't know about the weather of Costa Rica, but, I think it's always hot with high humidity, Ideal for hatching and raise chickens, not more than 30 days ago, the temperature here falling down to -10°C at night

I know a guy who worked for me, who comes back in Gabon and raise meat and eggs chickens, he hatch 365 days at year, specially during winter (Gabon winter)

he was hyper curious, learn my little secrets and starts to do his first crossbreeds

he come back home with an old incubator, little moneys, 300 eggs and high hopes, now, he raise over 10.000 chicks at year, and got three workers

last year, come here with a big smile, a lot of pictures and 6 eggs as a present, who hatch three hens and a rooster

unfortunately, I've got only one of the girls now (la cornuta), he promise me new eggs for this summer, hope he can find me some new breed of gamefowls

he also sell his frozen products to France, and return with the containers full of basic elements

he got two harvests of red corn and Hilario soybeans each year, and wanna become even bigger, the most powerful african breeder (his words)

living in a place like that can be very interesting

Bill, mijo, what does double attitude mean when referring to chickens?
My Hmong lady who buys my extra roosters arrived on my front step today and so begins the process of purging the mogrel roosters and focusing on purebreds. With all my up and coming youngsters I need to rid myself of the old timer roosters. Not sorry to see them go and imagine the hens feel the same way.
Oh! It's dinner time! Woot woot!!

Buonasera,

I hope Megan come back to talk with us

the last two days seems to be a desert, maybe is tired of all those crossbreeds and percentage!

with double attitude i mean who can be used for meat (the male line) and for eggs (the hens)

most Italian historical breeds are like that, bionda and livornese at first place

they usually don't raise to heavyweight, but, they are so quick and can be slaughtered in reach of three months
