Qwackers, we made refurbish fashionable before it was ever accepted! At that time we we're in a neighborhood that thought it was terrible to clutter up the yard w/ all that trash! But we were newlyweds w/ a water pocketbook! Beer was for weekends! lol
EL Pollo Rey, How many xs were you blessed w/ children? I was lucky enough to have 2 boys, 23 & 33.

Alright everyone, I'm trying to name my 2 new fancy Victorian Cochin's with their bustles, & Pantaloons! I would love to hear some of the names the lady's of the night used! I'm still working on the others, those are to much on my mind. DD thought of May West! Well, if we don't touch base today, go forth and conquer the day Dad's! The remote and a beer is yours for the day for tomorrow the remote will be ours! Beer also, for those so inclined!

Good Morning!

Wow Nancy, 5 am, that's pretty early! And I love that, the remote and a beer is your's for the day! lol!

Happy Fathers Day to all You Dad's and a Good Morning to All

Hey you guys, how long do I have to keep the girls apart. I know you need to keep new stock apart but I never paid it much attention as I was happy w/ what I had. Now that I'm w/ BYC I see to much. It's like shopping, you don't buy what you don't see!
I can't wait to put them together. The new girls can't seem to understand why there locked up and those other hens are running arnd. I'm glad it's nice out, I hate to keep them locked up! I've been cutting up some grass 2" for them and they eat it up. She had them running wild like some loose lady of the night.

Usually people will keep them apart for at least two weeks, and they do it for health purposes. I have to confess I actually don't separate that long, only about a week if I have to and I've never had issues but then again you never know.

So here are some of todays adventures, well, only two but still here they are. So it being Fathers day my older brother spent most of the day here and he brought his lovely dog May (although I like Kay much better she's a hugger, lol) both are pit bulls, and May he has had since a puppy and she is so very sweet. So they visited for a while and here is a picture of her.

And I showed you all the pictures of last year's Bluejay's that I helped keep off the ground, Here is a picture of this year's batch. I only got a pic of the one I helped out, who ever so gratefully bit me! But she's back in a tree and now I just make sure momma comes back! So cute!

And so now Mom and I are cooking Dada his Fathers Day meal and who knows what else will happen!
