So you all will have to forgive me for being all over the road little bit of left little bit of right, (lol, that's a song) but I'm looking through old pictures and found this one that shows just how tiny ducklings are!

So I can't get the hen to sit where I want her to, she quit brooding when I moved her so I swapped her out for a different one. I have nine duck eggs for her, I hope they are still fertile by the time I get a hen to sit on them!  

Megan, eggs are surprisingly durable, they should be fine!
