sono anche una persona molto riservata, che non parla molto di se stessa

si tratta di un piccolo paese, che sta sfortunatamente diventando turistico, in quella stradina non ci sono magazzini o garage, sono porte di case, abitate tutto l'anno

non mi piacciono i negozi enormi, dove rischi di perdere una giornata per cercare un paio di mutande, per me che ci sono stato in mezzo per tanti anni, esiste solo il mercato di paese, dove la gente ti aspetta, ti chiede consigli e ti da fiducia

that is one of the bad things about here. they do not have small markets from the island(at least not that i am aware of). i am not even sure if we own any stores here. most are walmarts or stores that are owned by walmart or stores that are owned by american companies. there is a pr island that has stores from only that island, but i am not sure if they still have them.

what we do have though is street markets where farmers from the island sell only fruits and vegetables that they grow. when you drive on the high ways or on streets there are random trucks or cars or vendors that sell fruits and vegetables too. in San Juan there is a big street market where they sell meats and fruits and vegetables and i am sure probably a lot of other things as well. on the 16th i plan on going to a street market for fruits and vegetables to buy for thanks giving. i can take pictures when i go. the stores here, even though most are owned by americans, do sell pr food like tongue, pigs feet, pig ears, tripe, and other parts of the animals. i am not sure if the new generations still eat that though.

i do wish we had more stores owned by pr owners.
