Some might remember I hatched a batch of wild Gamble's Quail a few months ago and turned them loose except for one who flew into a bush and pulled all her tail feathers out. She's been living with my white Coturnix male and they do the dance at times. She laid her first egg today! Do you think it could be fertile or hatch with a cross like that?
