Looks like a pretty severe case of scissor beak. It can't be corrected, so you have some options if she's not able to eat well right now. She may be able to eat okay out of deep bowls, so you could try that for her. Wetting the feed down might also help. If she can't eat that way, then you could tube feed, which is easy to do and not dangerous at all when done properly, but would mean that you would have to feed her like that every day once or twice, which is a big commitment. The final option would be to put her down so that she doesn't starve to death.
