Crossing different breeds

I have a White Rock roo and some Rhode island red hens and some buff orphington hens. Would either of those crosses be good for egg production and or meat birds?

I also have a speckled Sussex roo and I would love to know if crossing him to those hens would be good or not. I have never had any speckeld Sussex chickens before.

All of the breeds you mentioned are dual purpose breeds, I would not expect their cross to be more productive than the average of the parent

I was wondering if anyone here had a first hand experience with any of those crosses?

Crossing a RIR rooster with Production type hens will produce hens that are very productive(close to 280 eggs per year) and more robust than the sex linked brown hens
