I think my barred rock may have something else in him from somewhere along the line. He has just a couple feathers, both on his wings I think that are black and brown. Really stands out.

We bought a barnyard mix hen and 7 mix babies, and 2 of them are barred like, but the male has a totally black feather on each of his wings...it is strange.
