Crowing - hens or roos?

The most mixed in the bunch (bearded) may be an early developing pullet, but I seriously doubt it.

You have actually more than 3 cockerels...you have 4-5. If you could return them, definitely do. Good luck!
I can't thank you and the others on this site for your input. The person I purchased them from is willing to allow the return. Hope to take them back this morning. Funny thing is I could not determine the saddle until this morning. Also heard crowing this morning. That is such a hoot! All five were lined up with their sides facing me and it was as plain as the nose on my face that all FIVE! had the long pointed feathers. All Five! Again thank you. Am talking to another person who may have pullets that I can replace these roosters with. Hope it works out.

No problem, I had a feeling all were roosters, but was really hoping that atleast one was a female...good luck on returning them! Hope you get pullets soon!

Post pics here of anything you find before you buy it. We will try our best to inform you so hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Thanks. I plan to stick with hybrid breeds that I know and can identify by color. I also won't buy any more that are that young and unidentifiable.

You can try to stick with welsummers, golden comets, cream legbars, and other breeds that are either sex-linked or color specific (I forgot the name for a breed like that)
