Crowing, peeping and clucking

i got 2 wyandotte/RIR/EE mix. Said to be 2 girls and others say 1 boy 1 girl.

1 of them is making peeping noises when its with the other, and clucks when feels scared and eating

the other one does the same thing, but it sometims sounds like its clearing it throat, and a broken door hinge.

is it really trying to crow(#2)

Well, since you've posted about a gillion times asking, I'll go with the expert opinions and say you have two girls.

As my girls grew up (they are 14 wks now) they made all sorts of weird noises as they went between chick peeps and grown up hen noises, so unless it was a clear-as-crystal-crow then I'd not assume what you heard was anything else than voice changing rustiness.

Patience...all will be revealed in time.

Please, you have posted MANY times about the same two birds. Now you are saying they are peeping and croaking. They are 2-3 months old if that is the case and I still think you have two hens.
