One of my 8 - 7 week old chickens started crowing yesterday. Wayyyy tooo funny. He is the sweetest chicken I have. He lets me hold him and pet him and comes running to me every time I enter the coop or run... I love my chickens!!! (This is my first time raising chickens)

First crows are sweet and funny at the same time.
I keep waiting to hear crows from my batch of babies, but I think they are intimidated by my adult roo.

We just got a rooster 3 days ago; he is 4 months old. Today I heard him crow for the first time. Unfortunately, he is tone deaf or didn't get the memo on "How to sound like a Rooster." Sounds like a cow more than a roo!

I've got around 10 young roosters all in the same pen. And one morning when we're milking I heard one crow!! It was my lil' banty roo! He'd crow about every 2 seconds non-stop! He only crows in the mornings, though. Then my Blue JG roo has a deep crow! So cute! The little banty rooster thinks he is "Hot" Stuff! He walks around his his chest all puffed out and trys to fight with the JG roo! He is a hoot!
