Crows?!

I hear crows steal eggs, but that's all..right?

I'm just asking cause I had my ducklings out and I was out with them, but then brought them in due to change in weather and there was a crow perched on top of their pen. There wasn't food out there either so I think it was just curious, but just want some confirmation that HAD the duckies been out there, they would have been safe? Thanks!

My neighbor saw a pair of crows fighting over the body of a chick a few weeks ago. So they will go after them. Sorry.

Crows will go after chicks/ducklings. They are agressive too.

Thanks all...glad I checked. It IS covered with plastic net, I folded back the net when I got duckies out and that's when I saw it perched on top. I didn't see a single one when I was out, but I know they're everywhere so I guess I need to always be watching.
