Crunchy feathers

One of my chicks that hatched late yesterday has dried but not fluffed. It looks wet but it's not. It kinda feels crunchy. All the other chicks before and after this one fluffed up fine.
Thoughts on why and how to fix it?

Hi! Sounds like it was really wet when it hatched. Can you gently ruffle it's fluff to see if you can loosen it? Alternatively you can wash him in a warm shower and then make sure you dry it off quickly.

Thanks! The humidity did get really high when like 5 or 6 hatched all at once. Maybe just too much chick juice in there all at once. lol
I'll try giving it a warm bath.
