I had my 2week old chicks out with me today and the broom got knocked and the handle flattened one of them. When it landed, I knew it wasn't good! She won't weightbear on her left side, and leans that way slightly when she is sitting. It happened about 9 hours ago and she has been sitting in a basket near the fire. She will eat and drink if i hold her to support her weight, but trying to stand by herself or walk is very distressing. She has done 3 poops and they are normal...no blood. Her wings are fine. Her right leg seems ok...it is the left that seems weak and painful. I had a feel for breaks but I don't know exactly what to look for. No lacerations and no visible bruising yet

I figure the eating and drinking and normal pooping is a good sign! I have mixed a bit of honey in the water. I made up some egg&biscuit mix with some ground cuttlebone and the honeyed water.
I can't get to the vets...there are none nearby and I don't have the car until next week.

Any information, ideas or advice welcome! Any suggestions as to how I tell if she has broken something...i am worried about pelvis and ribs and breastbone too!

Try making her a chick chair to get her up into a normal position. Place food and water within reach. Let her rest her leg like this for a week or two, until hopefully, she can stand and walk. Chicks are very easily damaged, so I hope she will get better.

Thank you so much for the help! She pulled herself out of the chair yesterday morning and is hobbling around! If I put her back in she climbs out so I have left her out. She is looking so much better and is even steadier today then she was yesterday!
